Sasha Rydlizky is a Salt Lake City based dancer and yogi-- a teacher, performer and creator.
At the core of her interests is movement, and the desire to embrace the human experience.
Sasha began her study of yoga to supplement her dance training, but yoga quickly became a devoted practice in its own right. Her diverse movement background of many dance forms, Pilates and Tai Chi, highly informs her practice and class, and she continues to be inspired by the wisdom our bodies have to offer. Sasha completed her 500 hour training with Abhaya Yoga, and has gone on to do additional training in Restorative Yoga, Trauma Informed Yoga, and Therapeutics. She is so grateful for the gift of yoga and the ability to share it with others.
"Yoga is a physical practice to train the body, a mental practice to discover the mind, and a full-self practice to become more in touch with who you are. Yoga is diverse- and I truly believe everyone can benefit from a kind of yoga- you simply need to find the approach that speaks to you! I am here to help you to find your practice and find home in your body" -Sasha
